SOUND CINERGY IS 10 YEARS OLD!!. Many thanks to all my customers, old and new, for your business over the last ten years. I'm looking forward to dealing with you all over the next ten years and beyond.
Its been quite a decade. Who would have thought 10 years ago that Linn would cease production of CD players whilst the LP12 (and vinyl in general) goes from strength to strength? Or that flat screen TVs would drop in price from £10,000 to £500 for a 42" screen ! AV has established itself in the the general public's conscience. SACD and DVD-Audio were blown away by MP3 – so much for progress.
Will the next decade see the total disappearance of physical digital media, leaving only vinyl as something you buy on discs ? We'll see.

Coming soon from Linn; the new Akurate range. Early next month will see the launch of the exciting new Akurate range of electronics. New looks and heavier casework is common across the range. The DS is revised with a new circuit board and the new Kontrol is a new product that has taken its lead from the astonishing Klimax Kontrol and is now a two channel analogue only pre-amp @ £4200. Other prices have crept up slightly – the DS is now £4500 for example but is promised to sound better. The old Akurate range will continue to be available whilst stocks last, for those who wish to complete their existing system. Check out the used page for ex dem bargains.
